A: Each candidate is a qualified individual
in their country of origin with a minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience.
Q: We already have employees from overseas -
why change supplier?
A: CRS provides a highly personalized
service where your requirements
are recognized and understood, to ensure that we supply to you high quality,
permanent staff who will meet your needs.
Q: Is there a minimum number of overseas
staff that we have to order?
A: No, once we know your requirements, we
can supply as much employees
as you need.
Q: Will we be paying a different rate of pay
to the overseas staff?
A: No. The rate will be exactly the same as
that of your existing staff.
Q: Can we speak to other clients who have
overseas staff?
A: Yes, we can put you in touch with other
clients.
Q: Why use overseas staff rather than local
agency staff?
A: Overseas staff gives you long-term continuity without the high cost,
uncertainty and varying standards of local agency staff. This will greatly
benefit your residents and other members of your team.
Q: How quickly can we have the candidates?
A: Once the candidates have been chosen from
the shortlist and after attaining proper visa, candidates can be available in
1-2 weeks.
Q: How long will employees stay with us?
A: A normal contract period is 1-3 years.
Q: How certain can we be that they will stay
with us?
A: The employee has a work permit which
specifies the name and address of the client for whom they are working. They
also sign a contract of employment with your company.
Q: Can we assign a probation period?
A: Yes, as agreed by CRS and the client.
Q: What happens if the employee is not up to
standard during probation period?
A: Employees placed by CRS and haven’t been
interviewed by the client will be replaced if they are unqualified.
